Foods & Agribusiness / International enquiries

Nigerian food sourcing for UK importers & European distributors.

A clear starting point for wholesale, private-label sourcing and packaging coordination, and food export enquiries from Nigeria.

LAMIKIA COMPANY LIMITED is a Nigeria-based food sourcing and commercial coordination business. We welcome briefs from wholesalers, importers, distributors, food businesses and private-label buyers. Product availability, specifications, quantities and suitability for the intended destination are confirmed for each enquiry.

Based in Nigeria

Define the requirement before discussing the supply.

Our current activities cover Nigerian food sourcing, wholesale supply, private-label sourcing and packaging coordination, and export coordination. A useful first discussion separates what you need from what has already been verified.

Our Lagos business office and Ijebu Ode agricultural sourcing location are described on the company profile. Company incorporation and registration documents are available there; they do not replace product-specific due diligence.

01 / Destination brief

Nigerian food sourcing for UK importers.

For a UK wholesale, retail or food-service brief, tell us where the goods would enter and where they would be sold. Identify Great Britain or Northern Ireland explicitly: do not treat every UK destination as the same regulatory route.

Share the proposed product definition, ingredients where known, packaging, required shelf-life evidence and any technical specification your business uses. These are requirements to discuss, not attributes we assume for the proposed range.

The importer should establish the applicable food, labelling and border requirements with the relevant authorities and advisers. Before agreeing a transaction, clarify who obtains each document, checks each specification and bears each cost. LAMIKIA does not promise UK market access or clearance.

Start with the Food Standards Agency guidance on importing foods of non-animal origin, checking its territorial scope and the current rules for your specific product.

02 / Market and channel

Nigerian food sourcing for European distributors.

Specify the destination country, intended distribution channel and the business that would act as importer. Europe is not a single import territory; distinguish an EU destination from a non-EU market and identify the relevant national authority.

Explain whether you need bulk ingredients, consumer packs or a private-label range. Label language, product composition, specifications and documentary evidence should be resolved for the destination rather than copied from a different market.

LAMIKIA coordinates sourcing enquiries from Nigeria. We do not claim an EU establishment, importer registration, overseas warehouse or regulatory approval. Use the European Commission's EU entry guidance as a starting point, then confirm the current product-specific and national requirements with appropriate advisers.

03 / Commercial scope

Wholesale Nigerian agricultural products.

Discuss your product, estimated quantity, intended use, packaging and destination. Distinguish a first trial requirement from a recurring purchase forecast. Neither a forecast nor an enquiry establishes reserved stock or a commitment to supply.

The proposed range includes garri, flours, fufu and palm products. Retail-sized pack suggestions in the catalogue do not establish available bulk formats, minimum quantities or pallet/container capacity. Supply scale, pricing basis and timing require individual confirmation.

04 / Your proposed range

Private-label food sourcing & packaging coordination.

For an own-brand African food brief, name the Nigerian products being considered and distinguish sourcing from packing, processing and manufacturing. LAMIKIA supports sourcing and packaging coordination; we do not represent ourselves as the manufacturer.

Provide the proposed pack format, target quantity, artwork status, brand-owner details and destination. Agree which party would confirm ingredients, product specifications, artwork, label information and the suitability of any packaging material before committing to production.

Any involvement by packers, processors or other parties depends on feasibility and agreed capabilities. We do not imply an established manufacturing partner or offer unverified certifications, samples, shelf life or allergen information.

05 / Responsibilities

Nigerian food export coordination.

Start with the destination, product definition, quantity, packaging and intended timing. Then identify the proposed exporter, importer and any appointed transport, customs or technical parties. Agree the scope and commercial responsibilities rather than assuming an end-to-end logistics service.

A product may need particular specifications, supporting documents or checks depending on its composition and destination. Any requested testing, certification or documentation needs its own verification and responsible party. No customs clearance, phytosanitary approval, food-safety certification or unrestricted market access is promised.

LAMIKIA COMPANY LIMITED holds NEPC exporter registration 0034894, valid until 30 September 2027. Registration is not evidence of completed exports or product-specific approval.

Before you enquire

Questions from international food buyers.

Can UK importers and European distributors enquire?

Yes. LAMIKIA welcomes international business enquiries from its Nigerian base. Tell us your destination country, intended sales channel, products and quantities. This is an enquiry route, not confirmation that a particular product can enter your market.

How is product availability confirmed?

Our twelve-product range provides a starting point for sourcing enquiries. We agree availability, product definitions, packaging, quantities and commercial terms for each requirement.

Can I request my own label and packaging?

You can discuss private-label sourcing and packaging coordination. Share your brand brief, proposed pack size, artwork needs and destination requirements. LAMIKIA does not claim to manufacture the products; responsibilities and third-party capabilities must be agreed.

How do we discuss quantities, prices and lead times?

Share your target quantity, packaging, destination and required timing. We can then discuss feasibility and the basis of a quotation for your particular brief.

Does exporter registration mean a product is approved for the UK or EU?

No. LAMIKIA COMPANY LIMITED holds NEPC exporter registration 0034894, valid until 30 September 2027. It does not establish product certification, completed shipments, customs clearance or unrestricted export eligibility. Destination-specific requirements still need checking.

Who handles product checks and import documentation?

The buyer, exporter and any appointed technical or logistics parties need to agree responsibilities before a transaction. Required evidence depends on the product and destination. LAMIKIA does not promise testing, certificates or customs clearance that have not been agreed and verified.

Do you have a UK or European warehouse?

LAMIKIA's published business office is in Lagos, with an agricultural sourcing location in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, Nigeria. No UK or European warehouse, office or importer registration is represented on this website.

How do I send a sourcing brief?

Use contact@lamikia.com or prepare a message on the Contact page and use its email-draft or copy-message options. Direct website submission remains unavailable. Include your business name, product, quantity, packaging, destination and target timing; avoid sending confidential documents at first contact.

Your next step

Request a discussion about a quotation.

Send enough detail to assess the requirement. A request is not an accepted order; availability, specifications, pricing, responsibilities and timing must be confirmed.

  • Your business name, contact person and destination country.
  • Product names, intended use and any specification you already hold.
  • Estimated quantity, proposed packaging and private-label requirements.
  • Target timing, delivery location and proposed importer details if known.
  • Documents or checks your business needs, with the responsible parties to be agreed.

The Contact page helps prepare an email draft or copyable message. Direct website sending remains unavailable. No response-time or supply guarantee is implied.
