1. Introduction, company identity and scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.lamikia.com, operated by LAMIKIA COMPANY LTD (RC 1322195), with its business office at 2B Rumiluyi Close, Remlek Estate, off Badore, Lagos State, Nigeria. In these Terms, “LAMIKIA”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean LAMIKIA COMPANY LTD.
These are website-use terms. A particular sourcing, wholesale, private-label or export-coordination transaction requires its own written commercial agreement. These Terms do not supply missing transaction terms or replace an existing agreement. Mandatory legal protections apply regardless of either document.

2. Acceptance and permitted website use
Please read these Terms before using the website. By using it, you agree to the website-use provisions so far as they lawfully apply to your use. If you do not agree, please stop using the website; you may contact us by telephone or email to discuss your requirements.
You may read the website, retain a personal reference copy and use the enquiry tools for lawful business or personal enquiries. Provide accurate information and act only within your authority when representing another person or organisation.
Do not misuse the website, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability or attempt unauthorised access. This does not restrict lawful security reporting, statutory rights or uses permitted by law.

3. Current business activities and service descriptions
Our current commercial activities are Nigerian food sourcing and wholesale supply, private-label food sourcing and packaging coordination, and export coordination. The scope we undertake for a particular requirement must be agreed individually.
The Solar & Wind Energy Solutions division is planned. Current food activities must not be read as a statement that energy equipment, assessments or installation services are available. Website descriptions are invitations to discuss requirements, not promises of capacity, stock or an accepted order.

4. Food sourcing, wholesale supply and private-label coordination
We discuss the product, quantity, intended use, packaging, market and timing required by a buyer. Our role may involve sourcing enquiries and coordination with appropriate third parties, subject to the agreed scope. We do not represent ourselves as the manufacturer of the products.
Private-label work requires agreement on product specifications, packaging and artwork, labelling responsibilities, relevant rights, destination requirements and the responsibilities of the parties involved. A discussion of a packaging format does not confirm a manufacturing arrangement, regulatory clearance or the right to use another person’s brand.
Any supplier, packer, manufacturer, logistics provider or other participant and their responsibilities must be identified as appropriate to the transaction. Describing a coordination role does not remove responsibilities imposed on LAMIKIA by law.

5. Enquiries, quotations and formation of contracts
A website enquiry is not automatically an accepted order. No payment is due merely for preparing or submitting an enquiry. Acknowledging a message or discussing a requirement does not by itself form a supply contract.
Confirmed commercial orders require individually agreed written terms, including specifications, price and currency, payment, delivery or collection arrangements, responsibilities and acceptance by authorised parties. Any quotation should state its scope, assumptions, validity period and conditions. Do not treat an indicative discussion as a firm quotation.
The enquiry assistant prepares a brief in your browser. Copying it or opening an email draft does not send it or confirm receipt; review and send the draft using your email service. Direct website submission is currently unavailable. If an expected reply does not arrive, contact us by telephone or email. No website action confirms delivery to our inbox.

6. Product specifications, pricing and availability
The twelve-product range is proposed for sourcing enquiries, not confirmed inventory or immediate availability. Product definitions, ingredients where relevant, specifications, proposed pack formats and any naming uncertainties must be resolved before a supply commitment. An illustrative image or proposed retail pack does not establish a wholesale specification.
Prices, quantities, availability and lead times must be confirmed for the individual order. Written pricing should identify the currency, applicable taxes and any separately payable packaging, transport, documentation or other charges before commitment. We will not treat an unagreed additional charge as accepted.
Changes to an agreed specification, price or scope require the parties’ agreement and remain subject to applicable law. Website corrections do not retrospectively change an existing contract.

7. Payment terms and transaction security
The website is not an online checkout or payment platform and does not collect payments. Payment methods, recipient details, deposits, balance dates and any credit arrangements must be expressly agreed in writing for a confirmed transaction. No payment method or credit facility is promised here.
Before transferring money, independently verify payment instructions and any purported change using contact details you already trust, including our published telephone number. Do not send passwords, card details, banking credentials or other sensitive information through the enquiry form. Report suspected impersonation promptly to us and, where appropriate, your bank or the relevant authorities.
These precautions do not transfer LAMIKIA’s legal duties to a customer or excuse fraud, negligence or a failure for which we are legally responsible.

8. Delivery, collection, risk and title
Delivery or collection arrangements, dates, location, carriage, handling, insurance, inspection, risk and transfer of ownership must be settled in the individual written agreement, consistently with applicable law. No default transfer of risk or title on dispatch or payment is imposed by these website Terms.
Any trade term, including an Incoterms rule, applies only if expressly agreed with its version and named place. Website material does not guarantee a dispatch date, delivery time or uninterrupted supply. If an agreed arrangement is affected, the parties should communicate and address their obligations and available remedies under the contract and applicable law.

9. Export enquiries, documentation and destination-country requirements
Export coordination begins with the proposed destination, product, quantity, packaging and documentation requirements. Each transaction needs agreement on who obtains and checks permits, certificates, labels, customs documents, transport arrangements and import requirements. A buyer’s stated destination does not establish that a product is eligible for that market.
LAMIKIA COMPANY LIMITED is registered with the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC), registration number 0034894, issued 11 September 2024 and valid until 30 September 2027. The original certificate is available through the link below.
NEPC registration does not prove completed exports, certify particular products, grant customs clearance or establish unrestricted export eligibility. Applicable Nigerian and destination-country requirements must be checked for the particular transaction; coordination does not guarantee approval by an authority.

10. Product quality, complaints, returns and refunds
Goods and services must meet applicable legal requirements and the agreed description, quality and purpose. Nothing in these Terms removes rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or other applicable Nigerian law.
Where the Act applies, rights concerning examination, cancellation, rejection of unsuitable or misdescribed goods and remedies for defective goods remain available. Section 132 provides a three-month remedy for goods that fail the statutory quality standards, without penalty and at the supplier’s risk and expense, through repair, replacement or refund as applicable. This does not shorten any other legal right or time limit.

Report safety concerns promptly and avoid using goods suspected to be unsafe. Retain relevant goods and packaging where reasonably possible; a missing receipt or original packaging does not automatically defeat a valid legal claim.
We will consider complaints fairly and discuss the appropriate remedy under the law and the individual agreement. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or a website deadline that overrides statutory rights. Return arrangements, costs and any lawful cancellation charges depend on the circumstances and applicable rights, not solely on company discretion.

11. Planned energy services, Solar-as-a-Service and Lamikia Pay
Solar & Wind Energy Solutions is a planned division covering potential small and medium-scale solar PV, battery storage, inverter, site-dependent compact wind and hybrid technologies. Energy services are not currently available for technical assessments, equipment orders or installation bookings. Smart energy monitoring is under assessment and is not an offer of regulated utility-meter services.
Solar-as-a-Service is a separate planned service-based concept, not an available solar or finance offer. Lamikia Pay is a separate planned energy-information and billing concept, not a live payment platform, account, settlement service or financial product.
An energy or partnership enquiry does not reserve equipment, confirm technical suitability, create eligibility for finance or promise savings, performance, launch timing or installation. Any future service would require its own accurate description, applicable permissions and agreed terms.

12. Accuracy of website content and illustrative images
We aim to describe our business accurately and will correct material errors brought to our attention. General website information is not a transaction-specific product specification, technical assessment, quotation or professional advice. Confirm the details relevant to your decision with us.
The agricultural collage and its crops are illustrations. They do not show verified LAMIKIA products, stock, samples, suppliers, premises or manufacturing facilities, and pictured commodities outside the proposed catalogue do not extend that range. Third-party equipment photographs are illustrative, with source information provided separately; they do not establish LAMIKIA installations or ownership.
These explanations do not excuse misleading statements or remove responsibility for representations on which the law allows a customer to rely.

13. Intellectual property and third-party material
The LAMIKIA name, logo and original website materials are associated with the company. Rights in photographs, fonts, certificates and other third-party materials remain with the relevant rights holders and are subject to their applicable licences or permissions.
Access to the website does not grant a right to use our identity commercially, imply endorsement or reproduce third-party material beyond the applicable permission or what the law allows. Keep legally required notices and attribution when reuse is permitted. Contact us if you believe material on the website infringes your rights.

14. Privacy and personal data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains the website enquiry tools, conditional website-host and Freeola email processing, abuse-prevention metadata and related data-protection information. Please read it before providing personal information. These Terms do not expand the processing described there or waive rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
For questions or requests about personal data, contact contact@lamikia.com. Applicable rights and the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission remain available.
Our stated NDPC registration is NDPC/DCP/13719, valid from 29 July 2026 to 29 July 2027. Its certificate remains available on this website. Registration is not a guarantee of total legal compliance or certification of food, energy or metering services.

15. Website availability, security and external links
We may maintain, update or temporarily restrict the website for legitimate operational or security reasons. Availability may be affected by networks or third-party services. We do not promise continuous access or that every device or email application will work with every feature; copying the enquiry or contacting us directly remains an alternative.
Do not bypass access controls or submit malicious content. If you discover a security concern, report it to contact@lamikia.com without exploiting it or accessing other people’s information.
External links are provided for relevant information or attribution. Their content and services are controlled by their operators, with separate terms and privacy notices. A link does not by itself establish endorsement or a commercial partnership. This explanation does not exclude responsibility where the law places it on us.

16. Fair allocation of responsibility and lawful limitations of liability
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law and any agreed contract. Information supplied by a customer should be accurate, but this does not excuse LAMIKIA from checking matters for which we are responsible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, negligence, defective goods or services, breach of statutory duty, or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No consumer is required to waive statutory rights or indemnify us for our own wrongdoing.
We impose no blanket exclusion of loss and no automatic financial cap through these website Terms. Any lawful, fair allocation of risk for an individual commercial transaction must be expressly agreed, brought to the parties’ attention and read subject to mandatory consumer and other legal protections. If a provision is unenforceable, it does not displace those protections.

17. Changes to the website and Terms
We may update the website and these Terms to reflect changes in the business, functionality or legal requirements. The version displayed will identify its effective date. Changes apply to future website use from their stated effective date, subject to any notice required by law.
A website update does not retrospectively vary an existing commercial agreement, extinguish an accrued claim or remove a statutory right. Changes to a confirmed transaction require the agreement or legal process applicable to that transaction.

18. Applicable Nigerian law and dispute resolution
These website Terms are governed by Nigerian law, including applicable protections under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. They do not displace mandatory rights that otherwise apply.
If a concern arises, please contact us so we can try to resolve it through discussion. Parties may agree to mediation or another lawful process where appropriate. These Terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, a shortened claims period or an exclusive forum that removes access to a competent court or regulator.
You may seek assistance from the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or another relevant authority as appropriate. Nothing here requires you to exhaust informal discussions before seeking urgent relief or exercising a statutory right.
