Website Behaviour
Enquiries and information submitted
The enquiry assistant prepares a brief in your browser. Typing does not submit the brief. When direct submission is available and you select Send website enquiry, the completed fields are sent to the website hosting environment for validation and submission to contact@lamikia.com through Freeola email infrastructure. Direct submission is unavailable until the required configuration and delivery testing are confirmed.
You can instead copy the brief or open an email draft. Copying and opening a draft do not send an email. If you send the draft, your email provider and the email services involved in delivery may process it under their own terms and privacy notices. Mail-server acceptance of a direct enquiry does not guarantee final inbox delivery.
If you use the copy function, the current enquiry brief is written to your clipboard after you select the copy button. Do not include passwords, bank details, payment credentials or other sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.
Email Enquiries
Purpose, handling and retention
Enquiry information may be used to review and respond to your request and manage related business communications. Direct enquiries pass through the website host and Freeola mail services. The implementation does not add an enquiry database or send enquiries to a CRM or marketing system. Email handling and mailbox retention arrangements are separate from the website.
When direct submission is enabled, the server uses limited abuse-prevention metadata to restrict repeated attempts and duplicate submissions. This includes keyed digests derived from the enquiry, reply email and, where a verified hosting proxy supplies it, the client IP address. The protection store holds counters and submission status rather than enquiry text or raw email/IP addresses. If direct delivery is configured on Vercel, a server-side shared Redis service holds only these keyed digests, counters and statuses; a persistent single-server host instead uses a private protection file. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational records; contact the company for information about a particular enquiry.
For questions or requests concerning personal information you have sent to the company, contact contact@lamikia.com. Requests will be considered under applicable data-protection requirements. For information about the handling, sharing or retention of a particular enquiry, please contact the company directly.
